Before you choose your plan

How should I choose between a 5-year and 7-year plan?

Compare the monthly rate, the length of your commitment and the service interval. A 7-year plan has a lower monthly rate for the same service interval, but payments continue for two more years. Ask your advisor to confirm the total payable and contract terms before applying.

Will it fit an opening exactly 913 mm wide?

The appliance width alone is not enough to confirm a fit. Allow for the installation clearances and room to open both doors, and measure doorways, lifts and corners along the delivery route. Your advisor can confirm the required space before installation.

Does it need a water connection?

There is no water dispenser or automatic ice maker to connect to a water supply. Confirm the power supply and installation position with your advisor.

Can I control it over Wi-Fi?

No. GC-B257KLJR includes Smart Diagnosis™ for troubleshooting support, but does not include ThinQ Wi-Fi remote control.

Does the compressor warranty cover the whole refrigerator?

No. The advertised 10-year compressor warranty concerns the compressor part. Labour and other parts may incur charges. Ask your advisor to explain the warranty and service coverage included in your selected subscription.
